Common questions about our florida law firm

This section answers common questions about our law firm in florida and legal claims.

What does Attorney Fenstersheib mean by, "YOU PAY NO FEE UNLESS THERE IS MONEY FROM YOUR CASE".

At our law firm, we work on what is called a "contingency fee" basis. When we represent you in a case, you pay us nothing, unless and until we resolve your claim. We even advance all litigation expenses and court costs involved in your case. If, for any reason, we do not win your case, you owe us nothing, not even the advanced costs. If you are interested in hiring our law firm, one of our attorneys will sit down with you and fully explain our fee agreement and answer any questions you might have.
